Father's day

So Jeremy's first father's day was a great one!! Though his gift hadn't been shipped yet because I had ordered it earlier that week & there was no option for express shipping or anything to get it here fast enough (though we had the best of book that I could "re-gift" him so he knew what he was getting...I just wrote it on a post-it & stuck it to the book we already had)! We bought him the America's Test Kitchen complete TV show cookbook with recipes in it from 2001 to 2010 including the 2010 dvd set!! We love watching that show & if you ever get the chance it's on PBS (it on here around 2ish)!! It's very informative & detailed not to mention they test various products & tell you which one they thought was best!! Anyway...back to the day!! We slept in & did the gift thing & went out for the day...we were going to do our normal Sunday thing & have lunch at the Village Inn but it was soooooo late in the day we decided to go to head out to Sam's Club (had to go there anyway) & we had lunch there (Jeremy LOVES the hot dogs & pretzels there)!! We later went to Sushi Creek for dinner though we were so full still from lunch that we didn't eat a lot of sushi...though what we did eat made us soooo full that we were miserable for the night! Jeremy's gift FINALLY showed up last week!! I haven't yet taken pictures of it yet but as soon as I do I will post it! So yeah, it was a great day & I really hope he enjoyed his first father's day!!
